Stalk Up On Lemony Sumac Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus and lemon go really well together but if you don’t have citrus on hand, sumac works in a pinch. It is a red, dried berry used in Middle Eastern cuisine. Have this roasted asparagus with a soft egg, hummus, or as a light snack.
