KUMMERSPECK translates to ‘grief bacon.’ These soft breakfast items were created to bring comfort and relief. They can be touched and rearranged any which way on its blue plate. Visitors were encouraged to remove shoes while engaging with this meal.

Hand-sewn white tablecloth fried egg blanket with microbead yolk.
Felt bacon with crinkly bubblewrap pockets you can “fry” yourself.
Embroidery floss-stiched chenille Swiss cheese slice.
