Homemade kimchi from Queens. Mama O’s was featured on the first hot dog I served at Wonderville. I brought it back to celebrate my 4th anniversary of curating the hot dog menu. Seoulcalubur is a hot dog topped with Mama O’s napa cabbage and garlic chive kimchi with kimchi mayo.
