First of all, CONGRATS! This is going to be fun. My weddings are custom, thoughtful menus inspired by your family recipes, first dates, home-cooked meals, and snacks you remember eating when you were a kid. My specialties are cheese, charcuterie, and bbq but I’m willing to develop menus or dishes that are uniquely you. From cultural mash-ups like dashi brisket to burritos, line-caught salmon, chicken satay, a congee bar, and moussaka on roti; I’ll find a way to make the meal memorable. I’m open to hybrid services and collaborating with local businesses or caterers to make your vision happen.
