Ah, Thanksgiving day. It is merely the social hurdle standing in the way of my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving Leftover Day. With catering, you try to make exactly the amount of food you need for a job. However, today, I am overprepping my dishes to ensure that I have things to play with all weekend.
